The camp itself has just five tents made of canvas and reed, tucked into the riverine woodland along the Mwaleshi river. Classic Zambia have always put the quality of guides, location and experience at the forefront at all of their operations, as well as opening up the less trodden paths for intrepid safari-goers.

The new Chicari Camp offers a stylish high-spec, low impact tented camp overlooking a waterpan which attracts wildlife year-round.

Each of the eight tents has a private deck overlooking the water, and two further tents sit at the base of a tree hide, interconnecting - ideal for families or couples travelling together.
